The fun of it all...

I love sewing, but have been dealing with my own perfectionist tendencies while developing patterns+prototypes for handbags, cosmetic cases, and so on. Sunday was different, as I quickly tackled a Christmas project for my granddaughter: a fabric ABC book. What therapy! What freedom! It's made all the sewing more fun.

The Rattlesnake Season recently published. It's the first novel in friend Larry Sweazy's western series about Texas Ranger Josiah Wolfe. So, when I saw this ranger star in one of my catalogs, I knew I had to come up with something to commemorate Larry's series.
